Kokuyo Jibun Techo LIFE Refill is perfect to extend the life of your planner no matter how many notes you need to take through the year. Kokuyo’s planner system is a unique 3-in-1 system for chronicling your life throughout the year. It consists of three separate booklets - or what we term ‘inserts’ - the first being ‘DIARY’ which is an annual planner, the second is the ‘LIFE’ which helps you to record more personal information and the third is the ‘IDEA’ insert which is to record those all important last minute thoughts or ideas you might have later on.
The LIFE refill uses Kokuyo’s special paper called ‘MIO’ which is an absolute joy to use with fountain pens and takes most ink beautifully. MIO paper is fast drying, pH neutral, archival quality and super smooth.
Each refill has 40 pages of 60gsm paper. The refill is thread bound with a flexible card-stock cover. The paper is white.

Kokuyo Jibun Techo LIFE Refill B6 Slim
It has taken me a long time to find the perfect item for my journaling, note making and organiser. This is my go to diary and the best I have ever used, the paper is perfect and doesn’t bleed - 10/10 I have jazzed it up a little too 😊

Kokuyo Jibun Techo LIFE Refill A5
Excellent price.
I recently found about the Jibun Techo system after years of using other brands and decided that this was a lifestyle diary I could get behind.
The idea behind the LIFE section is to keep it for life, and note down important events that’s happened. You can record events from your birth all the way through to 99 years old.
I paid a princely sum for the starter set elsewhere then discovered The Journal Shop.
The timing was perfect. I’d started to fill in the LIFE section of the system and realised I’d made a hash of the years and age section. The option was another £100+ for a new set or just under £10 from The Journal Shop for a replacement LIFE book. No brainier (since then I’ve bought more items)
The book arrived the following day nicely packaged and was kept informed via email.
