The monthly plan features an off-white calendar layout for the month, a 'to do this month' list for four items, and a goal tracker. The weekly plan, printed on a soft peach background, includes dedicated sections for each day of the week, a 'to do' list with space for nine items, a goal tracker for three goals, and a notes section.
